Request Account & Data Deletion (StreamNap)

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your StreamNap account and any associated personal data, and how our automatic deletion policy works for inactive accounts.

Automatic Deletion of Inactive Accounts (90-Day Policy)

To reduce unnecessary data retention, inactive accounts and associated data are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

What “inactive” means:
An account is considered inactive if the user does not access (log in to) the account for a continuous period of 90 days.

What happens after 90 days:

Important note: If you log in again before the 90-day period ends, your account is no longer considered inactive and will not be deleted due to inactivity.

Delete Your Account Yourself (Fastest Option)

You can initiate account and data deletion directly from your account settings.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your StreamNap account

  2. Go to Settings in your profile

Security & legal note: In limited cases, we may retain certain records only if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to resolve disputes. If retention is required, we restrict access and keep it only as long as necessary.
